シトラホップが効いていて、いわゆるジューシーフルーティなNEIPAという感じ。
アルコールは少し高めになっていますが、それほどアルコール感は無く美味しくゴクゴク飲めるタイプです。

これはスーパーで見かけて買ってみたものですが、ネタ枠として買ったら美味しかったというラッキーパターンでした。
知らないブリュワリーでしたが、紹介文とかも見てるとサラッと書いてるけど結構気合い入れてるぜという感じで、2008年から今までの事について書いています。
2つのロケーションがありますが、どちらもシカゴの中心部からそれほど遠くない位置にあります。
下記リンカーンロケーションがはじまりの場所で、アパレルやto goの缶ビールたちが売ってるショップが併設してあり、また開業当初からのタップホールで、料理もフルサービスしているそうです。

A 13,000-square-foot building that was being used as a warehouse, office and makeshift dwelling became our Lincoln brewery in 2008. With equipment purchased secondhand and driven home from Colorado, we built one of the first production breweries Chicago had seen in a long time. After working hard and improving our skills as brewers, we pushed the building to its limit and reached capacity 2012. We then set out to build a second brewery, and since introducing our Balmoral brewery in 2015, we've been able to implement a brewing program on Lincoln Avenue that focuses on experimentation and mixed fermentation.


Lincoln has a retail shop where we sell beer, apparel and other goods. It also has the original tap room where we have a kitchen and full food menu.

Below are beers that we’ve released from our mixed fermentation cellar. We’re consistently increasing the scale and diversity in this area of our brewery. Rooted in the scope of our hospitality program, you can typically only find these beers by visiting our breweries.

ADVENTURE CANS
These are beers that we've released solely out of our shop on Lincoln Avenue. Brewed sporadically and in limited quantity, these beers represent our current interests, as well as an additional platform for our aesthetic approach.

SPECIAL RELEASE
These beers come and go.You can find them, in some quantity, everywhere we sell beer.
Grab them when you see them.

上記は彼らの出すビールのカテゴリ紹介で、今回のビールは最後のスペシャルリリースにあたるビールだったそうです。数量限定バッチなのでもう出会えないかもしれませんが、割とどストレートな味だと思うので、ぜひ定期的に作って欲しいなあと思いました。
