2022.6.18《今日の聖書》コリント人への手紙第二
悲しんでいるようでも、いつも喜んでおり、貧しいようでも、多くの人を富ませ、何も持っていないようでも、すべてのものを持っています。
私の好きな聖句のひとつですが、イエス様を信じている人々は、悲しみの中でも、貧しさの中でも、平安に過ごす術を心得ているのです。使徒パウロが、最も困難の中にあっても、喜びに満たされ、満足していたように、周りの状況にも人々の思惑にも支配されない神への一途な信頼があるのです。
今日も、主の平安の中で過ごされますように・・・。

as sorrowful, yet always rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, and yet possessing all things.
This is one of my favorite verses. Those who believe in Jesus know how to spend peace in both sadness and poverty. Just as the apostle Paul was filled with joy and satisfaction in the most difficult times, those who believe in Jesus have
relentless trust in God that is not controlled by circumstances or people's speculation.
May the peace of the Lord go with you today as well.
