Working as the installation supervisor in Thailand.

I remember my business trip (installation supervisor) in Thailand. My first impression for the country was "hot".

The machines were not in the operation for sure, however, the site was actually ridiculously hot.

"I already worked as the installation supervisor in other countries before. However, it seems that the working style of workers are different from that of other countries. "

What we instructed made sense, so we were worried about their progress.

However, the next morning, the products were installed to the machine properly...

We assume that even for Thai people, it was "VERY HOT" environment in the morning and afternoon so they concentrated on their work at night.

The first day, on our way to the hotel, we were very worried about their progress as installation supervisors, however, that was their style, which we had to accept it.

In Thailand, we were able to communicate with the person in charge of the project in
English basically.

On the other hand, it was sometimes difficult to communicate with workers in the factory. In such circumstances, writing numbers and dimensions were useful. (Of course, it was okay to explain important things and ask the workers to share them.

Checking the progress there, I also considered the instruction ways as an installation supervisor.
