Even though just I want to say it.
You may unknowingly hurt others. Even if you didn't mean it, you may later realize that your small remarks leave a bad impression, especially if we grew up in a different environment. My wife NARGIE she is Filipino seems a little nervous about my remarks. I’m maybe typical Japanese.
One day after lunch, I was driving a car with her Filipino friends, and when I was about to leave the ramen shop where we had lunch, the car drove in the wrong direction to take a shortcut to the parking lot, passed in front of our car. I was a little annoyed, but I let it go.
Then NARGIE said “ See! Some Japanese people are very bad driving manner .”
I remember that when we were in Manila I told her I can't drive here because 4 cars driving down 3 lanes, honking their horns and getting ahead if they get a chance.
And since this is Japan, the driver is most likely Japanese, but I realized that no one was looking at the driver's face.
So I couldn't control the urge to say one more thing.
I'm not sure, but the driver looked Filipino.
