1. One day, a woman was looking for a job in her hometown. She said to the shop owner “Do you have any jobs?" He told her that the cafe had closed down. Many of the other shops on the street were also closed or for rent.
2. Two weeks later, she found a job at the newspaper at home. She said “I will apply for the position.” and took notes.
3. Two months later, the woman was working as a receptionist at the new casino. The casino was so busy and full of customers. A man lost a lot of money by playing at a casino.
4. Later that night, the woman was walking along the dark street. Some young guys were drinking and talking loudly together. The woman felt nervous and she hurried away.
