ウェスト週間レポート／Week Recap
『クラッシュ・ロワイヤル』の公式eスポーツリーグ「クラロワリーグ ウェスト」（Clash Royale League West）2020 Spring Season（SS）のWeek6（Playoffs）が、現地時間の2020年7月11日（土）、12日（日）におこなわれた。
レギュラーシーズンと異なり、プレイオフではBO5制が採用される。選手層や起用法、デッキ読みなどの分析力等、各チームの総合的な力が問われる対戦形式だ。
また、7月のバランス調整後初の公式戦ということで、新環境へのいち早い適応も求められた。
Week6（Playoffs）の試合結果はこの通り。
4試合中3試合がフルセットマッチとなる激戦の末、SSGとMSFの2チームが決勝へ駒を進めた。2019年のWestを牛耳ったTLとSKはここで敗退した。
2019年のCRL Westは春も秋もSK対TLという”ヨーロッパ対決”になったが、一転して2020年の春は”北アメリカ対決”が実現する運びとなった。
CRL West 2020 Spring Season最終戦”ファイナル”は、次週7月18日に予定されている。

Topic1: ファイナル（7月18日）の見どころ
7月18日におこなわれるファイナル（CRL West 2020 Spring Season ”Finals”）の見どころを整理しておこう。
POINT 1. 下馬評を覆した両チーム
決勝に進んだSSGとMSFに共通するのは、開幕前の下馬評が高くなかったことだ。SSGは中位に、MSFは下位に予想する識者が多かった。波乱の起こりやすい超ショートシーズンという追い風があったにせよ、Week6（Playoffs)の激戦をも突破した彼らの実力を疑う人はもはやいないだろう。
POINT 2. グループB勢対決
MSFもSSGも共にグループBだったということで、レギュラーシーズンで一度直接対決をしている。試合結果はSSG 0-2 MSF。MSF側が1つもゲームも落とさない完封勝利だった。あの試合から約1カ月が経つが、両チームはこの時の対戦から何を学び取っているのだろうか。
POINT 3. 予想スタメンは鉄板

両チームの今季の戦い方を見ていると、選手起用や役割分担が実にはっきりとしている。ファイナルでも奇をてらうことなく、大方の予想通りの起用で来るものと思われる。
もし奇策があるとすればそれは選手起用ではなく、BAN選択やGame1でのデッキ選択ではないだろうか。
POINT 4. どちらが勝っても初優勝
SSG 2020年にCRLへ新規参戦
MSF 2018年にCRLへ参戦（EU8位→West8位→West9位）
今季CRLに参戦したばかりのSSGは勝てばもちろんCRLでの初タイトルになる。そして、CRL発足時から参戦するも鳴かず飛ばずだったMSFにとっては、今回のプレイオフ進出自体がチーム史上初めてのことだし、勝てば悲願の初優勝となる。
つまりはどちらに転ぼうと、CRLに新しい歴史が刻まれる瞬間をぼくらは目撃できる訳だ。日本では夜遅いけれど、出来ればライブで見届けたいね。

2020年7月1日、RoyaleAPIが新機能「スタンプ履歴」をリリースした。これは、バトル中に観戦者が送ったスタンプや紙吹雪について”いつ・誰が”送ったのかをチェックできる機能だ。StatsRoyaleが先行的に実装していたが、このたびRoyaleAPIも追いついた形だ。

2020年7月13日、No Tiltが「No Tilt World Championship」（NTWC）の大会概要を動画で発表した。今大会は、クラロワ公式協力のもとでおこなわれる、”世界チャンピオン”を決める非公式の個人戦大会だ。
2017年以来の”世界チャンピオン”が誕生するイベントでもあり、東西CRLのオフ期間の開催でもあり、ひさしぶりの20勝チャレンジも組み込まれており、様々なフックで世界中のクラロワ界隈の注目を集めている。
今回発表された大会概要はこの通り。

2020年7月13日、CRL East新シーズンの情報が解禁された。Fall Season（秋季）の開幕日は、8月15日土曜日。そして、早くも7月15日には各チームの新ロスターも発表されるという。
CRL Westのシーズン終わりが近づき、盛り上がりつつもどこかで寂しさも感じ始めるタイミングでの情報公開は、じつに心憎い。分かってらっしゃる。

Pickup1: 1つめの3タテ、Morten(SK) vs CRB
Week6（Playoffs）は4試合中3試合が最終セットのKOHまでもつれ、その全てが3タテによって決着した。1つめの3タテは、SKのMortenである。
対戦相手CRBのDiegoEが、Javi14・xopxsamを2タテし、今季2度目の3タテとチームの勝利にリーチをかけた絶体絶命の場面でMortenが登場。ここからリバース・スイープを決めてのけたのだ。男前が過ぎる。
特にBelikinとの最終試合が印象的で、スケラデッキにもかかわらずポイズンをホバリング砲の処理に使い続けるという選択をしたところに、Mortenのゆるぎない沈着冷静さを見た。

Pickup2: 2つめの3タテ、Samuel(SSG) vs TRB
Week6（Playoffs）は4試合中3試合が最終セットのKOHまでもつれ、その全てが3タテによって決着した。2つめの3タテは、SSGの”秘密兵器”Samuel Bassottoである。
チームの2番手として登場し、フランスのベテランAzilys、Set2のBO3で敗れた相手TNT、今季Westを席巻した大型新人JupiterKingの3人を撃破し、スイープを達成した。
チームのKOH担当ということで出番が少なかったSamuelだが、マルチで何度も1桁フィニッシュした実績はダテではないことをここに証明した。SSGは決勝戦に向けて最高の勝ち方をしたと思う。

Week6（Playoffs）は4試合中3試合が最終セットのKOHまでもつれ、その全てが3タテによって決着した。3つめの3タテは、MSFの”KOHスペシャリスト”Wingsである。
試合が終わって振り返ってみるに、Wingsを止める可能性が最も高かったのはGame1のSergioRamosだった。この相性不利を覆したことで彼はノった。SKにしてみれば悔やまれる一戦となってしまった。
Wingsにとってこの3タテは、レギュラーシーズンのSK戦（W1D1M2）に続く今季2度目の達成だった。神がかり的なMortenを止めたのが、神がかり的なWingsだったというのは興味深すぎる。
もしもWingsのステータスを見ることができたなら、「※所持特殊スキル KOH特効：Ex 対SK特効：S+」と書いてあるにちがいない。

プレイオフ準々決勝第1試合、Spacestation Gaming（B組2位）vs Team Liquid（A組3位）は、SSGが3-1で勝利した。1v1では第1エース（LapokatiとEgor）が敗れるなど、両チームの選手層の厚さが発揮された。
・Set2：Egor（TL）は3ゲーム続けて”ランバーバルーンデッキ”を選択。裏の裏をかく狙いだったのかもしれないが、このレベルの相手に同じデッキを続けると慣れられてしまうリスクもある。今回は凶と出た。
・Set3：出場機会が減っていたDiegoB（TL）が意地を見せた。”ババ小屋スケラ”対”バレバレ枯渇”という苦しい相性だったGame1も負けこそついたものの、延長終了12秒前まで粘りに粘った戦いぶりは勝ちに等しかった。

W6D1M2: Cream Real Betis 2-3 SK Gaming
プレイオフ準々決勝第2試合、Cream Real Betis（A組2位）vs SK Gaming（B組3位）は、SKが3-2で勝利した。この試合の主役は満場一致でMorten（SK）。Game:7-0の快進撃で、チームを逆転勝ちさせた。
・Set1：シーズン終盤にxopxsam & Javi14ペアで結果を出していたSKが、プレオフで従来のペアに戻したのはやや意外。SKペアが息の合ったプレイングで、2ゲーム連続の”Wバレバレ枯渇”ミラー対決を連勝した。
・Set5（KOH）：今季3タテを達成しているDiegoE（CRB）の2度目の3タテを食い止めたMorten（SK）がリバース・スイープ。
また、試合に敗れはしたがGame1のJavi14の土壇場からの必死の超絶粘り腰は、まさに意地と技術の結晶で、感動的だった。

W6D2M1: Tribe Gaming 2-3 Spacestation Gaming
プレイオフ準決勝第1試合、Tribe Gaming（A組1位）vs Spacestation Gaming（B組2位）は、SSGが3-2で勝利した。レギュラーシーズンの4試合すべてを2-0で勝ったTRBはこの日も2セットを連取したが、そこから悪夢の大逆転を喫した。決勝進出1チーム目は、SSG。
・Set2：TNT（TRB）今季初出場であり、Westへのデビュー戦。その初戦となるGame1で、相手の”バレバレ枯渇”に対して相性のよい”テスラクロス”を見事にぶつける。これがTNTだ、と言わんばかりのデッキ読みの冴え。「デッキ読みなら僕も負けないよ」とGame2でやり返したSamuelもさすが。
・Set4：今季1v1でセット無敗を続けてきたJupiterKing（TRB）に初黒星。彼に土をつけたのはthegod_rf（SSG）。前日の1v1といい、絶好調だ。
・Set5（KOH）：SSGの2番手Samuelがスイープ達成。SSGの戦力充実ぶりには目を見張るものがある。

プレイオフ準決勝第2試合、Misfits（B組1位）vs SK Gaming（B組3位）は、MSFが3-2で勝利した。決勝進出2チーム目は、MSF。不遇の時期が長かったMSFの下馬評は今季もさほど高くはなかったが、2020年の新チームで堅実に勝ちを積み重ね、ついに念願のリーグ・ファイナル進出を決めた。
・Set1：”KOHにめっぽう強く、1v1にからきし弱い”というジンクスを持つWings（MSF）で、このセットを取れた意味は大きい。自信もついたはず。
・Set5（KOH）：レギュラーシーズンの同カード（W1D1M2）でKOHの先鋒に登場しSKをスイープしたWingsが、再び先鋒で登場し、再びSKをスイープしてのけた。前日に神がかり的な7-0を記録したMortenをもってしても、その流れを止めることはできなかった。
