ハマスのサイバー能力に関するあれこれをメモしておこう。近いうちにまとめます。

●ざっくりした全体の箇条書き

・ハマスのサイバー能力は中露やアメリカと比べるとまだまだ低いが急速に成長しており、その背景にはiイランのIslamic Revolutionary Guard Corps＝IRGCのQuds Forceの支援がある。ハマスが開発したアプリにもその痕跡があった。大西洋評議会はグリーンハットと呼んでいる。

・ハマスのサイバー部隊Al-Quds Electronic Armyはイスラエルにハニートラップやサイバー攻撃を仕掛け、成功している。イスラエルでは18歳からの兵役を義務づけられているため、その若年層を狙った攻撃。わざわざ出会い系アプリまで作ってグーグルストアに登録した。
イスラエルはハマスのサイバー部隊を殲滅するために2019年と2021年に空爆を行ったが、殲滅はできなかった。現在、ハマスのサイバー部隊はトルコに拠点を移したという話もある。

・偽情報が飛び交った。画像や動画などが多い。その関連記事はやたら多い。わかりやすくてビジュアルもあるからネタにしやすいからかな？

・ハクティビストやハッカーが参戦しており、事態は混沌とし、アトリビューションが難しくなってきている。親ロシアのハクティビストのAnonymous SudanやKillnetなどの有名どころも参戦。

・ハマスは統制の取れたメッセージを伝えようとしている。大手SNSプラットフォームからハマスは排除されているが、Telegramでは活動しており、これは統制の取れたメッセージを伝えるための1対多のコミュニケーションには適している。Telegramで発信した内容を支持者、支援者が他のSNSに投稿している。

・中国、ロシア、イランは今回の紛争での親ハマス、反アメリカ、版イスラエルといったスタンスでSNSでネット世論操作を行っていることがASDのhamiltonダッシュボードで確認された。

・インドはサイバー攻撃、ネット世論操作のどちらも関与している痕跡がうかがわれるが、その目的や活動内容は？である。

・陰謀論者、白人至上主義者も関与しはじめており、いつもの「反主流派」グループのパターンを踏襲している。
