Bible 43

Adam lay with his wife again, and she gave birth a son and named him Seth, saying. God has granted me another child in place of Abel, since Cain killed him." Seth also had a son, and he named him Enosh. At that time men began to call on the name of the LORD.

アダムはエバと子を又つくり、その息子の 名をセツと名付けた。「カインがアベルを 殺してしまったので、アベルの代わりにも う一人子を持つことを神に認めてもらえた」と 言った。セツもまた子を持ちエノシュと名 付けた。その時、人々は神の名によって祈ることを始めた。

Seth probably means granted. Did religious begin from that time?セツには認められるという意味があるそう だ。この時から信仰が始まったのか。
