Bushi was only writing. （武士は、書くだけ）

I work as a writer, so even if I can't speak English, I would like to be able to write it. When I thought about whether it was possible to be able to write without being able to speak, I came up with the Bushi of the Edo period.

Bushi in the Edo period wrote documents in classsical Chinise. But they couldn't speak Chinese. Yes, they could write Chinese even though they couldn't speak it.

If they were able to do it in the Edo period, there's no reason why we living in modern times cant't do it too. So, even if I can't speak English, I want to be able to write it.

And someday, I would like people all over the world to read what I write.

武士は、書くだけ

私はライターとして仕事をしているので、例え英語で話せなくても、書けるようにはなりたいと思っています。果たして、話せなくても書けるようになるのかと考えた時に、ふと思いついたのが江戸時代の武士でした。

江戸時代の武士は、漢文で文章を書いていました。でも、彼らは中国語は話せませんでした。そう、彼らは中国語を話せないにも関わらず、中国語を書くことができていたのです。

江戸時代の彼らができていたいのですから、現代を生きている私たちができない訳はないですよね。なので、私も例え英語が話せなくても、書けるようになりたいと思います。

そしていつか、世界中の人々に私の書いた文章を読んでもらいたいです。
