・足関節伸筋群腱鞘

後縁

・おそらく足関節滑膜（距骨前脂肪体と足関節の間に関節包はなく、よって距骨前脂肪体は関節包内、滑膜外の組織と推定）

上縁

・足関節裂隙から1cm上方の脛骨骨膜に付着

下縁

・距骨頸

内側縁

・三角靭帯

外側縁

・前距腓靭帯
