Eating Fruits and Vegetables Make Your Happiness and Well-Being firmly Be Increased in 2 Year
There is very interesting studies that I want to share it with you and so keep in mind! That is saying <Let’s eat more fruits and vegetables so your future well-being will be improved>
This study is joint research with University of Warwick in England and University of Queensland in Australia in 2016 published.
First of all what it is saying is that person who eats 8 servings of fruits and vegetables daily gets higher life satisfaction.
In general, you need to eat at about 4servings of vegetables and fruits in a daylight basis but as you know, we still even far away from it. In fact, 85% of us doesn’t eat 3 servings and 60% of us only eats less than 3 servings in a day, according to the study.
The research was taken a place for Australia people and answered a question like “How satisfied are you with your life?” from 0(lowest) to 10(highest) and two-thirds of respondents made 7 out of 10. It is great number, isn’t it?
This research were spent 2 year follow up between 2007 to 2009 and 2009 to 2013. They then found out correlations with eating habits of fruits and vegetables make people’s well-being improvement in the future specifically relating to their mental health more quicker improvement than physical health.
There was of course some life changing came to some participants like getting higher salary so they could afford to eat healthier foods than before, or getting divorce or loss their job made they became less eating healthy food than before like taking more junk food and evening snacks , any occasions made some of their mental and mood depression be happened.
