Could be truth [Active Recovery] is an ideal for growing muscles after muscle training
How much you do muscle training, it will make huge difference for the result after how you perform. You may know it already. After muscle training, any part of your body has an inflammation, you should cure it as soon as possible so you are able to have effect more quick.
there are many ways to do was opened. Here is few of them...
- Muscle massage
- oxygen capsule
- Ice bathing(Immerse in cold water)
- EMS(Electric Muscle Stimulation)
Those are quite famous but [Active recover] is one of them too. So-called the technic for relaxing your muscles moved after exercise. It could be known if you experienced club activity when you were at School as know by Cool-down.(somehow I know)
Well, this is a thesis for researching “How effective [Active Recovery] is?” Let’s take a look.
This experiment was performed with nine men who do exercise daily base. They were instructed to do leg muscle training. And then, each different day, they were instructed to try for below recovery methods.
1. 10 mins immersing ice bath(10°C)
2. 10 mins paddling aerobike
Thereafter, they were checked for their inflammations…
- Both methods are as same as reducing inflammation level.
- They felt pain themselves as less pain as they felt.
