Polish men are known for being capable of drinking strong alcohol.

 "I have some Sake for you. Would you like some? " 
 "No, thank you. I don't take alcohol."
"Oh? But I thought you were a Polish man.  Are you Islamic?"
"NO!  I  am alcoholic."
