My back pain has been cured.

Almost a year ago,
I've thrown out my back.
While it improved somewhat, there was a constant discomfort in my lower back.
I desperately wanted to find a way to alleviate my back pain.


I looked into various back pain prevention methods and tried implementing them one by one.
Improvement was slow to come.
There were even moments when I wondered if the back pain was just in my mind.

Finally, I arrived at the conclusion that

Walking is the cure for back pain.

Believing in this,
I set a goal to walk 6,000 steps every day.
Every day, regardless of rain or wind.
I did my best to follow through, even on challenging weather days.


Almost a year has passed,

and somehow, I feel like I am no longer consciously aware of my back pain.

I walk every day.

Having the goal of curing back pain motivated me to continue. As my back gradually improved, the daily walk became something to look forward to.
The breeze caressing my cheeks felt pleasant.
Although this summer was exceptionally hot, I chose to walk in the early morning, making it possible to continue.
Taking a refreshing shower upon returning home left me feeling clear-headed.
There was a sense of exhilaration.

I will continue to walk every day.


In a corner of Tokyo,
by walking every day,
let's enjoy the changing seasons of Tokyo.

Curing back pain through walking.

What I implemented was a significant success for both my physical and mental well-being.
