Introduction

First of all, let me briefly introduce myself and my Curry Shop which is called "Haru Curry".

My name is Haru, and I established Haru Curry in 2014 with my dad.

My stomach tend to be upset when I eat oily food.
So I always eat my dad’s curry because it’s healthy and I can eat as much as I want.

Our concepts are “Healthy”, “Earth Friendly ”, and “Local”.

It’s already the end of year while spending busy days.

I will leave Haru Curry to my dad, and I will go a big journey next spring.

I have to say goodbye to TAKASAKI where I live.

Although I’ve lived in TAKASAKI, I cannot see clearly what this city looks like.
This vague anxiety has led to less confidence.
I want to get out of my current situation.

I made a big decision.

I want to see TAKASAKI from outside.

And, I sincerely hope the growth of my humanity through new living environments and people come and go.

It would be the guidepost of running my shop, and I believe that I can slightly see what TAKASAKI city looks like.
