2023年1月13日より毎日連続投稿して，早いもので，本日で2年となった。「随分とお暇なことですね」と言われるのが落ちかもしれないが，自分としては，その時々の感情や考え，観察したことがらを言語化することにより，「生きている感」を確認したり，「大袈裟に言うところの小さな”探究”や小さな”発見”」を継続して楽しめることができたように思える。

　今の時代，こうしたブログの原稿も人工知能（AI）で書けるようになっているようだが，それは実にくだらないことだ。かつて，いみじくも寺山修司が「他人（ひと）の人生をコピーしたような生き方をするな」（1979年秋に開催された愛知県立時習館高校文化祭での招待講演会での寺山修司氏の講演内容）と言ったように，自分の生き方や考え方は自分で決めたいものだ。AIで作成されたブログ原稿は「画竜点睛を欠く」ものばかりであり，自分のオリジナリティに基づく発想や，不完全な人間が綴る原稿とは「似て非なるもの」だ。

　さらに言えば，出来上がった原稿を掲載することが目的ではなく，書き上げるまでのプロセスに意義と価値がある。文章を書くことは人を成長させる。これは間違いない事実だ。かりに，人が文章を自分で書けなくなる（書かなくなる）ようになれば，いずれ猿や猪と変わらぬ動物たちの生き方と大して変わらぬものに近づいていくことだろう。

　文章を書いて探究し続けることは，やはり楽しいことである。皆さんも実践されてみては，いかがだろうか。

2nd Anniversary of Consecutive Posts on Note: Monday, January 13, 2025

On January 13, 2023, I began posting daily, and today marks two full years. Some may dismiss this as “a rather pointless endeavor,” but for me, the act of putting into words my emotions, thoughts, and observations has allowed me to reaffirm the feeling of being alive and to continually enjoy what I might grandly call “small inquiries and small discoveries.”

In this day and age, it seems that even blog drafts like this can be written by artificial intelligence (AI). However, I find that utterly meaningless. As Shuji Terayama once aptly said, “Don’t live a life that copies someone else’s” (a statement from his lecture at the Aichi Prefectural Jishukan High School cultural festival in the fall of 1979), I believe one’s way of life and thoughts should be determined by oneself. Blog drafts created by AI often “lack the finishing touch,” and they are fundamentally different from the ideas rooted in one’s originality and the imperfect yet authentic writings crafted by humans.

Furthermore, the goal is not merely to publish a completed draft; the process of writing itself holds significance and value. Writing helps people grow, and this is an undeniable truth. If humans eventually lose the ability—or the willingness—to write on their own, their way of life may become indistinguishable from that of animals like monkeys or wild boars.

The act of writing and continually seeking knowledge is, without a doubt, a joyful pursuit. Why not give it a try yourself?
