Meditation: 10 minutes of sitting meditation.
Physical State:
Energy Level: Significantly decreased.
Physical Changes: Health has deteriorated. Numbness in hands and feet, tinnitus, and acne reappeared upon waking.
Mental Changes:
Stress Level (1-10): 9
It was the day I felt the most hunger. The stress accumulated significantly.Motivation Level: With more than 20 days left, anxiety increased and motivation decreased.
Overall Impressions: It was a tough day overall, with deteriorating health, severe hunger, and afternoon drowsiness. However, each time I see my unsightly lower abdomen, my desire to lose more than 10 kg and return to a comfortable life grows stronger. When the body becomes heavy, the mind also becomes depressed, creating a negative loop. Once I return to a comfortable weight, continuous effort to maintain muscle strength and range of motion is essential to avoid returning to this struggle.
Moreover, as I meditate, I realize that past wrong decisions and failures come from mental confusion and lack of calmness. Being trapped in consciousness and ego leads to failure in everything. Meditation, like muscle training, enhances metacognitive abilities the more you practice, positively influencing decision-making and actions in various aspects of life.
