• 海外と日本の大学/大学院の違いについて前段で15分程度雑談。

• フィリピンの大学も欧州やアメリカの大学と同じく、入るのはそこまで難しくはないが入ったあとはキャッチアップするのに苦労するそう。

• 日本だと卒論・修論審査の日程が決まっている場合が多く、そのためクオリティがイマイチでも卒業させてもらえるパターンが多い（気がする）。海外では卒論・修論が終わらない限りは永遠に卒業できない場合がほとんど。

• レッスンはLeaderのCommunicationスタイルについて。
  - What and How they can communicate can strengthen or weaken their relationship with their staff.
  - Give your people a chance to present (because they remember little when they are not involved.)

• 「話題」に言及するtellよりもmentionまたはstate
  He mentioned a lot of information to us.
