旧統一教会 － 総裁の御車はロールスロイス（韓国）、教祖の御車もロールスロイス（米国）
（真の）お父さまに新しいロールスロイスを買うことができるよう、していることを止めて募金活動に出かけるよう、文孝進様が皆に望んだとき、私はあまり抵抗することなく基本的に説明を受け入れました。何度か完璧に良い週末を街角で花を売りながら一人で過ごすことには計り知れない摂理的な重要性がありました。過去にロールスロイスを所有した全ての人々の魂を回復するために（真の）お父さまはこのロールスロイスを必要としていました。

You see, it was of immense providential importance that we consume several perfectly good weekends alone on street corners selling flowers. "Father" needed this Rolls Royce to restore the souls of all the people in history that had owned Rolls Royces.

トップ・クラスのリッチ・アンド・フェイマスは超高級自家用車、自家用船舶、自家用飛行機で陸海空を移動するようですが、文鮮明教祖と韓鶴子総裁が（ヘリコプターを含む）jet setters (members of Jet Set) である（あった）ことは以前の記事『ヘリで不時着後もプライベートジェットで旅する旧統一教会の総裁ご家族や幹部ご一行』でもふれました。
旧統一教会は豪華なボートやヨットも所有しているのではないかと思いますが、以前の記事『Married to the Moonies（日本語字幕付）合同結婚式のドキュメンタリー番組（2012年5月31日に Channel 4（英国）で放送）』のほぼ末尾に引用した（2014年に米国ＡＢＣテレビ Nightline で放送された）ニュース・クリップの中に合同結婚式が開かれる会場（大韓民国・京畿道・加平郡の教団施設）へ向かう韓鶴子総裁の（３台の）車列が写っていることに先ほど気がつきました。

It's wedding day for 2,000 couples, some matched by Mrs. Moon just days before the ceremony.
先頭のヒョンデ・グレンジャー（Hyundai Grandeur）には護衛や幹部が乗車していたと思われます。
次のロールスロイス・ファントム（Rolls-Royce Phantom）（おそらく防弾仕様）には、もちろん、総裁が乗車されたに違いありません。
後尾のメルセデス・マイバッハ、あるいは、メルセデス・ベンツ（Ｓクラス）（おそらく防弾仕様）には息子さん、息女さん、お孫さん、または幹部が乗車していたと思われます。
（※ ニュース・クリップの中では（フォルクスワーゲン傘下の）ベントレーの車列（Bentley motorcade）とナレーションされていますが、（ＢＭＷ傘下の）ロールスロイスの誤りです。）
アメリカではリムジン（やスーパーカー）で移動するＴＶエバンジェリストも多いようですし、1980年代から1990年代にかけて、オウム真理教の教祖や教祖家族や一部の幹部も白っぽいクリーム色のロールスロイス（リムジン仕様）シルバースパーやベンツを愛用していたようですが、宗教家にロールスロイスは必要なのでしょうか？
尚、例えば、1960年代に来日した折には、教祖夫妻は黒塗りの国産車（センチュリー、クラウン、プレジデント、セドリック、グロリア、他）で国内を移動していたようです。

また、文鮮明教祖のアメリカ国内での御車はかなり前からロールスロイスであったようです。

From God's point of view, what I am doing has more historical impact than World Wars I and II. I am straightening out history by putting the future in proper perspective. How could any other event be as great? The world does not know, however. Are you happy? Do you have money or power? I may not have the most knowledge or power or money in the world, but my pride is that I have something better and longer lasting than all these -- that is the power of love. Everything else will serve the purpose of love.
I have the authority to straighten out the young people of America and I can give then something that even the most well educated and wealthy parents cannot give. When they change, then they can change their parents. Eventually those parents will kneel in respect and acknowledge that their children's way is true. With the power of God the world can be influenced.
Rabbi Davis says that I am worse than Hitler and Stalin, that I am making you an army worse than the Red Army. "Even Stalin and Hitler paid their people to work," he says, "but Reverend Moon makes the people work without money. They even have to raise the money and bring it to the Church. Therefore, Reverend Moon is the worst dictator in all history, depriving young people of everything they have." How do you feel about that? If you raise $10,000 a day and give it all, you still feel that it is not much compared to what you have received from God and the True Parents, and you want to do more. When you see a Rolls Royce or a big house you wish you could get it for me. When you see a lovely landscape you wish you could bring the True Parents there. You don't wish you could have a mansion there all for yourself.
I think the same way you do. When I see beautiful houses I think that some day I will buy them to give to you. When I see some beautiful scene, I wish I could bring all our members there. When you enter the World Mission Center, or Belvedere or the Tiffany Building, do you feel you are entering Reverend Moon's building, or that you are walking into your own house? Do you think I hide the Church money in my own pockets? What's mine is yours. The world is truly like a desert and we are going to replenish it with water and make it blossom with love.
The flowers the MFT sells are the representative of the beauty and fragrance of love. Chocolate is symbolic of the sweetness of love. When you fund raise you are symbolically sprinkling the love of God on the people. Therefore, the more you give, the better it is for the people. The job of MFT is actually to spread the love of God in the world. While fund raising you meet all kinds of people and you are educated about human nature. Now when you see a person you can immediately understand what kind of person he is. In my lifetime I have met thousands of people and now I can almost see through people! Since I can quickly analyze people and situations, I can predict the future of America and the future of Asia.

I received persecution from the existing Christian churches, from America, and from communists, but while they oppose me they are forfeiting their blessing to me. People who persecute you are actually saying, "Here's my blessing. Take it." All you have to say is, "Thank you very much." The more America opposes us, the greater the blessings that will come upon us.
Eventually America will have to surrender. If that were not the case then I would have been destroyed a long time ago, but because I know that law, I can win. When I went to England there was a Rolls Royce waiting for me. The German members all begged me to come to their nation, saying they had a house and Mercedes waiting for me. Why do people pay so much attention to me and want me to visit their nation? They know they have received more than what they could give in return.
Do you think East Garden is too big a house for me? You have received much, so you want to reciprocate and this is why you feel the way you do. Actually I pay no attention to the kind of house I live in or the clothes I wear. I hate to wear ties and white shirts, and would rather be more casual, but Mother tells me, "You can't go out like that!" Why should men wear such a useless item as a tie? If we gathered all the ties in America and sold them, we could take care of all the Cambodians and then that might be a reason to buy a tie. Am I a low character if I don't wear a tie, and an important person when I do? You don't compute my value that way.
If half the population of America became Moonies, I would tell them to fast three days every month, and the money from the uneaten food would be given on a rotating basis to the fifty poorest nations in the world. Knowing that America was fasting to help poor people, would the recipients of that aid be happy to go on a three-day fast themselves?
