More high light to disability worker

Do you have colleague of disability woker?
Japan has requwirement company have to employement of disability person.
so I do self information on the first note. I have challenge from baby. the challenge is cerebral palsy. I don't know that my challenge name is truely by English. I will share detail of my challenge of my berrier, I have paralysis on hand and upper and lower limbs, soma and speech. but I had life with everyone untill when high school. I can ride bicycle and I have two son. I had been divorce, I'm exciting on single father.
and I was starting work from twenty age in big company between more than 15 years until last year. I thought that why not including disability person in diversity on then. We can see only gender matter on diversity. I was so happy because I can see global viewing, but I didn't know sucsess story of disability person more than me. I think the sucsess is in dream on now.
I depated from very lovery company for my mission. and I'm larning deploma of Carrer consultunt for develop disability employment.
I don't know that I can develop one how yet. so I will share here about one.
