親愛なる息子へ

今日はね

Papaが主催している地域のスポーツイベントで、役員と大切な話し合いがあったんだ。

君も、もしかしたら、将来参加するかもしれない
イベントだし(でてくれたらPapaはめちゃくちゃ嬉しい。) 国際交流の意味もあるから、楽しんでやってるよ。大変なことも多いけどね。

夜はね、台風が近づいているということもあり、
洗濯物は　家の中で干し、ゆっくりと過ごしていたんだけど、また　Mamaを怒らせてしまったよ。　

Papaの態度が悪かったのか、
Mamaに期待に応えることができなかったのか、

色々考えるんだ。

本当にMamaは怒って寝てしまった。

普通は、すぐ夜に仲直りするんだけと、
さて、明日はどうなるか
(朝は、大掃除の予定なんだけどね)

Papa,Mamaのそんなことに構わず、
君は変わらず、一歩ずつ成長している

そして、体重が増えたことを　本当に実感
しているよ。

明日の　検査は、大雨が予想されるため、
延期したし、明日、明後日　安全にすごそうと思うよ。

Dear Son

Today, Papa had an important meeting with the board members for the local sports event Papa organize.

You might participate in this event in the future, and if you do, Papa would be incredibly happy. It’s also a great opportunity for international exchange, so Papa really enjoys working on it, even though it can be very challenging at times.

In the evening, with the typhoon approaching, we hung the laundry inside and spent a quiet evening at home. But, Papa ended up making Mama upset again.

Papa is not sure if it was because of my attitude or if Papa didn’t meet her expectations. Papa has been thinking about it a lot.

Mama was really upset and went to bed angry.

We usually make up quickly, but we’ll see how things go tomorrow (we’re planning to do some major cleaning in the morning).

Despite all this, you keep growing steadily, one step at a time.

Papa can really feel how much weight you’ve gained.

Tomorrow’s check-up has been postponed due to the heavy rain forecast, so we’ll take it easy and stay safe over the next couple of days.
