大事にしていることは、過去でもない、未来でもない、今とここ。過去を悔やんでももうどうしようもない。未来はまだどうなるかわからない。今とここがわたしが関与出来ること。そこに精一杯生きること。

What I cherish is neither the past nor the future, now and here.
It is no use crying over spilt milk.Nobody can foresee the future.I can get involved now and here.Live there to the fullest.
