October 29, 2021：ワークショップ、ビジネスパートナー、Super Rich、江口のりこ (Workshop, Business Partners, Super Rich, Noriko Egucih)

 I joined an online workshop for ‘How to Prepare Documents that Receive Empathy and Support”. It helped me to prepare presentation materials for a new business idea. It also gave me a chance to think about the key to successfully starting a business. Most of the members who discussed it agreed that the key is to find partners and arouse their empathy.
 The TV drama “Super Rich” by Fuji TV is the story of the cast who struggle to rebuild a company that is on the brink of bankruptcy. Noriko Eguchi, the president, gains a lot of supports from her partners like Kieta Machida and Yuri Nakamura. It is an ideal relationship between a founder and partners. If I have them, I also can do my best.
Having plenty of time to exchange ideas with the members, I relished the workshop and found that talking may be the first step toward finding a partner.

「共感・応援される文章のつくり方」ワークショップに参加した。起業アイデアのプレゼン案の検討を通して、起業に大事なこと考える機会になりました。参加者の方々と話をしましたが、起業は仲間をつくって、共感をえながら進めることが大事という意見が大半でした。
フジテレビのドラマ「Super Rich」は、倒産危機にある会社を建て直す話です。社長の江口のりこさんを支える仲間の町田啓太と中村ゆりさんと関係は理想的。こんな「仲間」がいればがんばれる気がする。
昨日のワークショップは参加者とたっぷりと話をする機会がありすごく楽しかった。人と葉話をすることが、仲間をつくるための第一歩と感じた。
