November 24, 2021：万年筆、インク、色、フランス、日本、にぎわい (Fountain Pen, Ink, Colour, France, Japan, Bustle)

  I often use a fountain pen to write on paper. With the pen, I can write smoothly and quickly without bearing down on it. The smoothness helps me to continue to think while writing. Further, it causes me less hand or finger pain than other pens like a pencil and ball-point pen.
 It also attracts me due to the availability of many kinds of inks. The inks vary in viscosity. It has a significant impact on writing smoothness.
 The inks also have hundreds of different colours. They consist of key colours like black, blue and red, and their variations. For instance, the blue colour has variations such as blue-black, light blue, mysterious blue and serenity blue.
 Just recently, colour has made the news around the world. French President, Emmanuel Macron, changed the blue colour of the French flag to a darker navy blue three years ago, but it went unnoticed until now.
　In Japan, colours are attracting many visitors. It is the best time to see autumn foliage around Tokyo. At night, illuminations are lit up.
 I hope that COVID-19 remains dormant.

　ボクは、紙に字を書くときは、万年筆を使います。万年筆の魅力は、力を入れずにスラスラを書ける点です。スラスラ書けるので、思考が途切れません。また、ボールペンや鉛筆に比べると手への負担が軽いです。
　万年筆は、様々なインクを試せるのも魅力です。粘度によって書き心地がまったく違います。さらに、インクには何百種類もの色があります。インクの基本色は、黒、青、赤や緑ですが、同じ青でも種類があります。例えば、ブルーブラック、ライトブルー、ミステリアスブルーやセレニティーブルなどがあります。
　色と言えば、フランスの国旗の色が3年前に変わっていたそうです。マクロン大統領が国旗の青色を濃いネービーブルーへ変えたそうです。今まで、このことに誰も気づかなかったようです。
　日本も色で賑わっている。明治神宮外苑のいちょう並木等が紅葉の見頃を迎えている。夜にはイルミネーションで街が彩られる。コロナの再来は勘弁して欲しい。
