January 14, 2023: Dream (1), Big Money （夢（1）、大金）

Once I go to bed, I tend to fall asleep at once and sleep like a rock. I have seldom had a dream for the last few years while sleeping. Even when I have a dream, I usually do not remember it well when I wake up. However, I had a dream that I had a few days ago and that I still remember well now. When I was at home, a delivery man brought five suitcases to me. But I did not know anything about them, and the dream also did not show me why they were sent to me. I nervously opened them and found them filled with a wad of money. I counted the money and found one hundred million yen in a suitcase. In total, I had five hundred million yen. It appalled me so much. For a moment, I was very delighted at the unexpected big money. On the other hand, I was at a loss for them. After a while, my joy was mingled with upset in my mind, and my mind was about to explode. At the moment, I woke up.

　ボクは、ベッドに入るとあっという間に寝付いて、熟睡することが多いです。ここ数年は、寝ている時に、夢を見ることはほとんどありませんでした。見たとしても、目が覚めると、ほとんど覚えていません。ところが、数日前に見た夢は、今でも鮮明に覚えている。どんな夢かというと、何もしてないのに、５億が転がり込んできたというものです。家に数個のカバンが届きます。カバンが送られてくる経緯は夢に出てきません。届いたカバンを恐る恐る開けると、札束がびっしりでした。数えると、1箱に１億が入っていました。カバンの数は5つだったので、合計５億円です。５億円と分かり、夢の中のぼくは愕然としました。大金が突然降って落ちてきて、大喜びする場面もあれば、大金の出所が不明で、薄気味悪く、どうすればいいのか戸惑っている場面もありました。嬉しさと戸惑いが交差し、頭がパンクしそうになった瞬間、目が覚めました。
