May 6, 2022: Sanma San, Kanpei san, Strong Bond, How to Interact with Younger Colleagues (さんまさん、寛平さん、強い絆、年少者との付き合い方)

 Kanpei san shows me the way to interact with younger bosses and colleagues. He is always scolded by Sanma san on the stage. He must be inwardly angry with younger Sanma san. But he always smiles on the stage without showing such anger. He is generous-hearted and very kind. When he is rebuked for or complained about his poor performance by Sanma san, he accepts it without argument and corrects it in the next stage. He respects Sanma san. That is why Sanma san can scold older Kanpei san straightly. The relationship has forged a strong bond between them, and Sanma san always supports Kanpei san as much as possible. He joined a show to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Kanpei san.
 In a digital society, the old have much more things to learn from or be instructed by the young. They had better recall what Kanpei san has done. They should respect and humbly interact with the young.

　寛平さんの姿は、年下の人との付き合いかたを教えてくれます。寛平さんは、さんまさんに舞台で叱られても微笑んでいます。内心ではカチンときているのだと思いますが、怒った表情は見せません。寛平さんはおおらかでやさしいです。舞台以外で叱られても、聞き入れ、次の舞台で修正します。さんまさんをリスペクトしてらっしゃるようです。だからこそ、さんまさんも年上の寛平さんを率直に叱れることができるのだと思います。こうした関係を通して、お二人には強い絆が生まれています。さんまさんは、寛平さんを全力でサポートします。寛平さんの50周年記念公演にも参加しました。
　デジタル化社会では、年上の人は否が応でも年下の人から学んだり、指示を受けたりすることが多くなります。そんなときは、寛平さんのように年下の人へのリスペクトし、謙虚な気持ちで接する必要があるようです。
