March 21, 2022：千原ジュニアさん、リハビリ、安静 (Chihara Junior, Rehabilitation, Staying in Bed)

 Chihara Junior seems to have begun rehabilitation from the second day of his surgery. In my case, my leg bone was so fragile that I had to stay in bed for a week. I was not allowed to go to the toilet and had to use a urine bottle in bed. It was a difficult time.
 Staying in bed, I listened to the Japan Series on the radio. Orix Buffaloes beat Yomiuri Giants. It invigorated me.

　ジュニアさんは、股関節の手術後、2日目からリハビリを開始したようです。ボクの場合は、ベッドから出られたのは1週間後でした。人股関節をいれた右脚の骨がすごく弱くなっていたので、1週間の安静が必要でした。その間、トイレにも行けず、尿瓶を使っていました。足に床ずれもできました。この時期はつらかったです。
　ベッドにいる間は、ラジオで日本シリーズを聞いていました。オリックス対巨人でした。オリックスが優勝し、元気をもらえました。
