June 22, 2022: Spam Emails, Chore, Line Works （スパムメール、面倒な作業、ライン・ワークス）

     When I open my business email box every morning, I always receive a pile of emails. I have to find emails relating to my business from them. It is a chore and bores me. 99% of them are spam emails. I intuitively decide and delete spam or suspect emails. I never open them since it may hurt the company. But it causes me to make mistakes. It makes me delete my business emails by mistake. When I delete them by mistake, I get the senders to resend them if they are regular ones. But, I disregard irregular ones. I only wait for further actions from the senders. After a while, they resend them to me or call me.
     I am sure that I will be fully released from such a chore shortly. Line Works removed it. Further, it has improved my communication with other employees.

　毎朝、会社のメールを開くと大量のメールを受信します。その中から、自分に関係するメールだけを探し出して、開封します。これが手間で、辟易としています。メールの99%がスパムです。スパムまたは怪しそうなメールを直観的に判断し、削除します。そのため、自分に関係するメールを間違って消してしまうことが結構あります。定期的に送られてくるメールを削除した場合は、再送依頼をします。不定期のものは無視しています。返事が必要なメールは、黙っていても、再送されるか電話などで確認がくるので、それまで待っています。
　このスパムメールから解放される日が来そうです。Line Worksのお陰で煩わしい雑務がなくなりました。さらに、社内コミュニケーションが格段に効率的になりました。
