Until recently, my second son was not really interested in rice cakes.
But this year, when he had ozoni on New Year's Day, he seemed to be hooked...
Since then, his breakfast has been ozoni almost every day.
Until now, he used to eat what I prepared for him as his breakfast, but since he had Zoni on New Year's Day, he has been asking for Zoni every morning, saying "Mochi" and "Big Bowl".
And there are three pieces of rice cakes.
The rice equivalent of a bowl of rice is three cups.
My second son has been eating them almost every day.
At first I thought that after about a week, my second son would get tired of ozoni.
One week or two weeks later, my second son continues to eat ozoni every morning.
I don't know how long it will continue, but I am sure that the aroma of New Year's will still be wafting through our home in February.
