ありがとう “百日紅”　/　Thank you, “100 Days of Crimson”.

あんなに　ひどい　猛暑の中で
今年も　あざやかに　咲いてくれました。

毎晩　暑くて　眠れず
ヘトヘトになりかけていた　私を
毎朝　笑顔で　見送ってくれました。　

やっと　秋めいてきた　このごろ　
でも
今もまだ　青空の中で　
紅色の花が　風にゆれている。

“百日紅” と書いて　サルスベリ
ありがとう　百日紅
来る日も来る日も　ずっと　私を　励ましてくれて。

Even in such a terrible heat wave,
it bloomed again this year in beautiful colors.

It saw me off every morning with a smile
when I was nearly exhausted
from the heat and lack of sleep.

Now that autumn has finally arrived,
but,
its crimson color is still shimmering
in the wind in the blue sky.

The name of the flower, sarsuberi,
is written in Chinese characters
as "crimson color for 100 days".
Thank you so much, "crimson color for 100 days",
for cheering me up for so many days.
