Welcome to the last weekly reading of 2024.
What kind of year was 2024 for you? I'm sure you had some hard times and some good times, but in the end, what image do you have of 2024 right now?
Life is always full of peaks and valleys, so it is not possible that only good things will happen nonstop. If that is the case, wouldn't it be a great victory if, when you look back at the end of the year, your impression is not so bad?
In the last week of this year and the first week of 2025, you seem to recognize in yourself the decisiveness, action, and leadership skills of a leader. As you become more aware of the unshakable confidence that overflows within you, you will also reaffirm the process of your own personal growth.
It has not been an easy road. If it had been easy, the confidence you now have would have been more precarious. You are proud of your growth process itself. You don't feel the need to explain it to others, but it, itself is a sign that your confidence is genuine.
Your decisions and energy will not be dulled this week. The world may be in a vacation mood, but your mind is already starting to look forward to the coming year and make plans to make them happen. You will be able to deal with things with a sense of speed, and you seem to have a keen insight into things, so please be proud of your plans and make them in real.
In the process, you may find yourself surrounded by rivals with whom you will engage in friendly competition. These rivals are not your enemies. They should be great rivals who can improve each other and inspire each other. And it is you who will ultimately have the advantage.
