French Placement Test

Hi there!

Today was placement test day, and I took a test. There were tablets on each table, and the teachers said that complete beginners should go first. However, I couldn't catch everything because it was noisy and crowded. I went to the front, and they took me to a table, but all the other students had already gone into the classroom.

For beginners, they were instructed not to answer any questions because they might be placed in the wrong level. So, I just kept pressing the 'Next' button. I thought to myself that my real study abroad experience had finally started, and I was so glad to feel that way.

After I got home, I cooked for myself and went to the supermarket to buy dishwashing soap. As I walked down the street as usual, it occurred to me that I am getting accustomed to life as a person living in France. This realization relieved my tension.
