On starting a crowdfunding campaign.
Thank you for your continued interest in WDRAC (War Disaster Reconstruction Assistance Center).
We have started a crowdfunding campaign to support Actions Beyond Words, a small volunteer group supporting war victims in Ukraine.
It will continue until November 17.
We started this effort a year and a half ago.
Things always start with one person.
At first I thought, "Even if I do this, wars will never stop and nothing will change. Humanity is still as stupid as ever, and people will never stop killing each other. I thought.
A friend of a friend was helping people to leave the country at the Ukrainian border, and he asked me if I could do something about it, and I thought, "I could at least help my friend's friend.
A year and a half later, "friends of friends" have become "friends," and this effort, which I started alone, is quietly but surely making progress with the support of many people.
War has also started in Palestine.
There are civil wars in Syria, Libya, and Yemen, and conflicts continue in Afghanistan and Turkey.
There are 110 million "ordinary people" who have been directly deprived of their homes and freedom as a result of war.
One in 73 people in this world are refugees.
It is very sad.
I am so angry at those who started the war, those who ordered us to take up arms and kill them, and those who actually did it.
But it doesn't matter if I only amplify my feelings of anger.
I want to confront this violence in a cool, angry way.
I believe that money is energy, and that it is used to get someone else to do what you cannot do.
How you earn money is important, but the value you create depends on how you spend it.
An expensive missile can take many lives at once, or a small amount of money can sustain many lives over a long period of time.
If you spend a lot of money (energy) at once, there will be a distortion somewhere.
If you spend money (energy) little by little over time, balance is achieved and harmony is created.
Will you use the money (energy) you have earned through your hard work to bring balance to this world?
Just a little is fine.
If you collect and spend a lot at once, it will be distorted.
The beauty of WDRAC is that "ordinary people can do it in small amounts" and "it goes from hand to hand without fail.
All of WDRAC's efforts are based on trust.
The source of this trust is not profit and loss or the satisfaction of a need for approval, but mutual altruism and the desire to help each other.
The chain reaction of trust somehow tries to keep the world in balance.
The "spending a lot of money (energy) at once" is countered by "spending money (energy) little by little over time.
The other me sometimes says to me, "Don't be so preoccupied with helping others; take care of yourself first.
My other self responds, "Don't be silly, you can't even take care of yourself, so of course you should at least live your life by helping someone else and being helped by someone else.
Through helping someone else, you are being helped by someone else.
Please join us in this "chain reaction of trust.
The money (energy) that you send out will surely come back to you through the chain reaction in this world.
We will collect money (energy) until November 17.
I would like many people to join this chain reaction little by little.
Thank you in advance.
