Manato's memory on Valentine's Day during elementary school's 6-year period is that he received chocolates from the same girl, and he gave something back on White Day every year.
In Japan girls send chocolates to their favourite boys on Feb 14, and boys return candies or something on White Day, Mar 14.

Manato's goal this year is to build muscle. He started going to the gym, and as he looked in the mirror more often and saw his own reflection, he developed a desire to build muscle. It's also a great way to get in shape and build strength.

About Boom Boom Back which has been released on 2/13. This song is reminiscent of hip hop tunes from the 90s and incorporates some of the best of today's one. The choreo for this song is catchy and easy to remember, and I think you can probably copy it with just your hands. I would be very happy if you could try.

Junon's memory in the Tokai area is that he went to eat Ankake Pasta (pasta dressed with a thick starchy sauce) with Ryoki in Nagoya. Ryoki has recommended it to the members. It's spicy taste, and Junon's impression was that it tasted five times better than he thought.

This song has the kind of instrumental sound that I like to listen to at night, or when I want to relax in the bath. It has a cool but sad sound, and I like it so much that I listen to it almost every day.
SOTA - "90s HONCH" by Rickie-G
I listen to it all night, in the morning, or anytime I need to calm down. It's been a long time since I first encountered this song, but I listened to it all the time. I think it will definitely suit everyone and hope you will listen to it.

Shunto: Personally, I think that the first time Ryuhei and I had a chance to sing cross was a great.
Sota: We performed it for the first time as a surprise at Yoyogi Gymnasium. Everyone was surprised, and it made me happy.

Ryuhei purchased an infrared heater this winter. That heater overheats the room and creat a sauna-like condition. He said he needed to be careful with that heater.

One of his memories of Valentine's Day is spending it with members of "You're My BESTY" shooting last year. He doesn't even remember eating chocolate. If he did receive those, he would not eat it. Ryuhei, who has a sweet tooth, might eat it.
About Boom Boom Back. He thought everyone knew this from the TikTok pre-submission, but his family also asked if it was a new song. He was happy that fans reacted as if BE:FIRST would not perform it at Yoyogi. He thinks the MV is completely opposite to Gifted, conveys a sense of fun, and each person has a story to tell. He belives we would enjoy watching it.

He spent at his grand mother's house in Niigata during winter breaks in his school days and played with snows including snowboarding and skiing. The most favorite thing was to take a walk around grandma's house.

Covid has spread while he was thinking of going to Europe, so he would like to go there if he gets a chance.

Ryoki's lucky item for that day was a rider's jacket. He loves it and has 6 of them which are a variety of designs. He recently purchased sleeveless riders and enjoys wearing them with wide denim or over a plaid shirt. It reminded him of his time on the "west side" of the United States.
About Boom Boom Back. The intro starts out like 90's hip hop, and the tune changes many times, so that you don't get bored throughout it. In the MV reminiscent of Shibuya in the 90's, he acted a role and immersed himself.

Junon said he was happy to finally release this song, as he had been recording and choreographing it for quite some time. Souta said that if the dance had to surpass the previous songs, the difficulty of the dance would quickly increase if the song was released at this tempo. He has recently realized that the members could dance it if they practiced a lot, and even difficult choreo was surprisingly possible. They are challenging even more. Junon has been attracted to the difference between quiet and intense parts.

He wathced a Japanese drama "First Love" on NETFLIX and was moved. He sometimes sings this.

Since the MV was shot in Kamakura, near Souta's hometown, Souta used to imagine the song's lyrics as himself when he was in middle school. He received some chocolates which some girls put in his locker. What a sweet memory…

Boom Boom Back is a nice hip hop tune reminiscent of the 90's and has mixed with current goodness. The MV was shot at various locations in Shibuya, and I think it turned out to be a good piece of work. The dance choreo is catchy, so I would be happy if everyone could try to copy it with only your hands.

Shunto has learned the hard way to take care of himself and his physical condition through the BE:1 Tour that began last September. He found a new way to enjoy concerts because he could see that each concert venue had different colors of audience and always felt fresh. His most memorable part of the tour was the horse sashimi in Kumamoto. He cannot forget the taste.

When he was in middle school, he remembers a competition where students had to walk a very long distance that he thought his legs would tear off. The teachers were driving and he thought they should give him a ride. His team kept walking even though the time limit was about to pass, and he felt very accomplished. He never wants to do it again but he worked hard with his friends.
Message to those who are studens. If you know what you want to do in the future, you can work towards it right away. Students who say they enjoy school should live in the school moment. As you grow older, you will understand that the present time will never come back. Take it one day at a time.

About Boom Boom Back MV. One of the big themes is Y2K. He has gone back in time as he was in uniform, and the music he listens to has gone from wireless to wired. It is interesting to see how each item changes with the times in this music video. There are hints hidden in various places, so he hopes everyone would watch it.
In 2023, he would like to perform at many events and outdoor festivals and get excited with many artists on the stages. Also he would like to make this year in which fans can feel BE:FIRST's vibes more closely through various distributions, contents, and etc.

Lately Leo has been drinking coffee from Souta's New Zealand souvenirs. He said he might be drinking a lot of coffee. If the alarm goes off before he opens his eyes, he turns on the TV and then gets up. The sound of the TV news program gradually wakes him up.
Leo and Manato took a private trip to Kyoto. Leo loves the vies and streets of Kyoto and would like to visit there again.

About perfume. Lilico, a DJ, said that Leo and Shunto have a lighter, less masculine scent. Every member has to smell their own scent before concerts to get comfortable. Leo, in particular, wears so much perfume on hands, hair, and body that the members get weirded out. He hasn't changed his scent since he was 15 or 16 years old. Shunto did not wear perfume that day, but he still wears it during concerts. Leo's perfume has a mellow scent, so he can wear a lot of it, but Shunto's one has a harsh smell, so the members say it stinks.
Q. What are the important components that make up who you are? Please answer 2 of those.
Leo:
1. Various stories including novels, dramas, and mangas have influenced him. 2. To be in touch with people. Chatting and listening to people around him.
Since he can only read his own story, listening to the characters in the story and the people around him gives a sense of the value of other selves to him. That is a big part of his compornent, he said.
Shunto:
1. Manga. Shunto has started reading minor comics online, but his parent is paying. He always says sorry. He likes to read about battles and suspenses. Now he's interested in "Dungeon Reset" which is a comedy.
2. Kanpo (herbal medicine). Their vocal trainer, Ryon Ryon, promoted it to him. It helped his pollen allergy, stopped his runny nose, and helped him get a good night's sleep.

Staff thought it would be a good idea to shoot the MV of Boom Boom Back in Shibuya so that the information could spread over SNS like Hollywood movies and fans could look forward to it. But unfortunately, the rain did not attract many people and the shooting was safely completed.
The scene where they were dancing in the parking lot of the arcade was very slippery because the ground was on a slope and it was raining. The choreo was so tight that they danced while saying, "Yabai! (gosh)".
Q. What do you want to ask God for?
Leo has been collecting vintage Marvel t-shirts (XL size) since last summer and hopes to find many of those this year. Shunto wants groceries to be popped out because shopping to cook him own food is a hassle. lol

It's Manato-kun who is the kind of image that never gives in to what he has decided. Manato-kun seems to be very particular at his own pace.
Q. Which member is likely to use a cracked cell phone screen just in time?
It might be Shunto. It's really only somewhat true, but Shunto seems to be using the phone even if it has a crack in it.
Q. Which member is likely to say "hot!" to overheat food in a microwave oven?
Leo-kun. He seems to like very hot food and doesn't seem to like cold rice. I imagine he heats up the rice, but too warm, and says "hot!" when he takes it out of the microwave.
