Terminating the Fraudulent Contract with VicRoads/R&L Services
For over ten years, I have been refusing to pay rates and water bills, since both are unconstitutional and unlawful, on top, all our so-called 'governments' are criminal Companies and I did the same with their FAKE fines for years.
Then, Fines Victoria which is owned by 2XS Mortorcycles in Willow Grove,
sent a letter to me last month, saying that they would suspend both my driver's licence and the car registration unless I pay all the FAKE fines ever since 2015 by the end of the month. Total amount showed over $17,000 with every FAKE fine having got fraudulent 'interest' or whatever to increase the amount for them to rob.
So I did a bit of search and found this article from last year,

Victoria's startling number of unpaid fines has been exposed, with the worst offender racking up more than $700,000 dollars in speeding, parking and toll penalties.
The state's sheriffs are working to drive down the debt by collecting from those with the penalty notices, some of which have been unpaid for years.
"They've taken no action whatsoever to try to deal with the fine over time," Fines and Civil Enforcement executive director Craig Howard said.
Victoria's top five debtors collectively owe more than $2.5 million and the worst has accumulated almost $720,000 alone, with more than $500,000 in unpaid tolls.
"These people don't just owe hundreds of thousands of dollars to taxpayers, they're actually dangers on the roads," shadow Attorney-General Michael O'Brien said.
The second individual is $615,000 in the red, with almost all accrued from traffic offences.
Further down the list is actor Vince Colosimo who has 169 outstanding fines totalling $65,215. ...
Community lawyers say most of those in debt are low income earners, owing $10,000 to $12,000 each.
Vulnerable people can apply to Fines Victoria to work off their debt by doing community service, undertaking courses or counselling.

And you see? the criminals lying through their teeth again, like
"dangers on the roads" - while their FAKE fines are nothing to do with safety but their fraudulent profit!!
As I've been saying, those 'breath test' and nowadays 'drug test' are there to make their mates who manufacture those test kits RICHER and I guess they'd get some kickbacks. It's all about their profit!!
Over the years, I've been writing Notice of Demand/Notice of Fault/Notice of Default to tell them they are all null & void, but there are many who simply don't pay!! Well done, guys!! ;O)
I still remember years ago at Shell near Richmond, this young woman parked her car and grabbed FAKE parking fine on her windshield, and threw it away into garbage!! And this article above is telling there are tons more like her.
My last one I got this April Fool's day was originally for $288, yet it said "drive MOTOR BIKE" when I was traveling in a CAR!!
How STUPID are they.

'Victoria Police' is a Company
and that mate told me, "Victorian Government has nothing to do with Victoria Police" therefore, the latter has to earn their own wages by themselves. That's why they are SO desperate to bully innocent people and charge us FAKE fines and while many refuse & ignore their FAKE fines, the reason why we see those messages is clear.

Anyway, I've been really sick and tired over the years of getting robbed by VicRoads, used to be Roads Corporation
but now R&L Services,
and their boss…
So I decided to FINALLY return their plates. ;O)
With the help of another mates - a couple (or rather a family), I wrote another set of Notice of Demand/Notice of Fault/Notice of Default
First I paid extra $2.50 each to get the recipients' signatures but Australia Post the Company helped them and ignored their task for two of them. I mean I got these three back on 01OCT24,
but as you can see, the top one didn't get the "Post No." bracket filled out in order to tell whom it was sent to. Later, I figured that was sent to Craig Howard of Fines Victoria.
The last, for the mail sent to Shane Patton of Victoria Police came back much later, on 07OCT24, for the Registered mail I posted on 20SEP24 without the recipient's signature. Why did it take such a long time??
There's a weird arrow, that could mean the "Signature of Delivery Officer" was actually the Addressee's, and if that was the case, they hid the Delivery Officer. Either way, fraudulent practice we see here.
Anyway, I kept sending them 2 more notices,
And since I didn't receive any reply providing any of the evidences I demanded from any of them, I washed the plate area of my car,
Putting up the final notice,
Sticking new plates,
And returned the plates to the thieves with a copy of the final notice.

As I wrote in the Notices, I will charge Shane Patton fines for their crimes, and I sent a copy each to local Branch Manager of their 'stations'. Though I made a mistake to write "looking" instead of "look", they should understand what I mean.
After that, I went around to show my new plates to some, and one guy said to me, "You're not the only one, there are more I see on the net!"
I knew several of them personally, but it seems more Victorians (or Australians nationwide??) finally fighting back. So why don't you join us!??
Oh, I did receive a letter from Fines Victoria with NO individual's name and/or signature as usual, which took over a week to get to me, way after I sent out the final notice.

BTW, above right sign of "bushfire burning silvery pink" was stolen a while ago. He/she left the magnets though. Why didn't he/she take a photo instead?? Beats me.
