#4 Introduction pt.2
I graduated from university in this March.
For a while, I'll work for a part-time remembering my campus life, and I'll publish about my campus life, part-time jobs, club activities at schools, studying abroad, and graduation thesis.
Just before getting there, I just want to talk a little bit more about myself, and that made me write this part two.
Born and raised in Sapporo.
I spent my elementary and junior high school life on foot of Mt. Moiwa.
As I was an elementary school student, My parents banned us playing video games, so that I used to go out to play with my friends after school, such as playing baseball, playing fascinating video games at my friends', or reading manga and watching TV at home. At 5th and 6th grade, my friends had started to go to clam schools even though I hate it. I thought "why do they spend time on doing something you learn at school again instead of having fun outside? There would be no problem if you could read all the pages on textbooks." This made me away from clam school. My parents said, do what I want to do.
In a junior high school, I was belonging to a small and weak baseball club, played as a right fielder. As you become higher grade, you get more opportunities to play in games in my team, so when I was 3rd grade, mostly I was "No.6, right fielder". My average was not that high, but there was no one else there. Speaking of study, I was like medium in medium level.
Then I went to a public high school. In Hokkaido, there is a scary "rank" system which grades you since you're 1st grade in junior high school, and that made my entrance exam to high school difficult because of my laziness in my early years. While it turned out to be easy peasy. I felt like, well, ok, this is what it is.
I started to be religious joining one big famous religion, so-called "baseball club at high school" with making my head shaved. This hasn't been known for most of people, this "high school baseball" is a huge religion integrating many small denominations which has each high school name with themselves. I've always wanted to suggest Koyaren (high school baseball association), to be a religious organization. Oh, super famous and popular "Koshien Tournament" is the biggest event of this religion, which is held annually, each denominations try hard to show off how enthusiastic and superior their belief is by playing baseball. This may be the only religious event which is broadcasted on the public TV, NHK, which means they have so many blidly-enthusiastic "high school baseballicist" all over Japan.
In fall of the first year of high school, because of slow running and great throwing abilities, I was converted to be a pitcher. This conversion, in my denomination, is called "sending to graveyard". Eventually, I succeeded to release myself from there to becoming the best pitcher in my team. Even local newspapers gave me interviews. I will may be publishing articles about this "high school baseball arc.", but let's put it aside for now.
When it comes to study, my brain wasn't working anymore for anything but English and Japanese. The reason for this might be written later, too.
And entrance exam again, and this one is for university. As I wrote, I was able enough to do only English and Japanese, so I entered the university where required only these two subjects for the examination.
That's all for today's introduction.
