I agree this topic high school education in Japan needs to be improved.This is two reasons why I think so. First,many student may struggled by excessive curriculum.Some adult say it is important for young student to study a lot in school.But I think the things of study can find not only school but also other place for instance joining volunteer team.
Now students are deprived to enough time to do something because they have to attend extra curriculum and finish massive homework.So,less curriculum should dedicate student’s study out of school.
Second,school should make more chance to communicate with foreigners.English skill is useful when they select future job and be able to know about other culture and tradition through communicate with foreigners.
In this way,I think high school education in Japan needs to be improved.（134words)

I think companies need to improve the way they treat their workers.It is two reason why I think so.
First,I want companies to think of the issue that many worker is suffering from becoming high taxes though low salary. the more worker’s salary is high,the more workers happy. If company can help their situation,they can improve even work attitude.Second,companies should more care for workers.I hear sometime that they thought “I want to die...” because they felt pressure by company’s boss. Companies need to care for them not only physical health but also mental health.
In this way, I think improving the way they treat their workers is a good for them.（111words)
