Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, I have managed to avoid getting infected until now.

I followed the measures and guidelines set by the company and the government. I was careful not to be overly sensitive and made sure not to inconvenience others.

However, today, I finally developed symptoms. The route of infection is clear: it started with my son, then my wife, and she began feeling unwell about four days ago.

Before that, I had heard stories here and there about people getting infected.

At the moment, my symptoms are mild, similar to the fatigue and headaches I experienced after getting vaccinated.

Aside from the vaccine, it's been 15, no, 20 years since I’ve had a fever from what feels like a cold.

Generally, I'm in good health, but this is something I couldn’t avoid.

It will also affect my work.

Unfortunate.
