Quarantine Diary 4/4/20

今日は起きたらたくさん連絡が入っている。日によって違うんだけど、来るときはいっせいに来る。昨日の夜にしたzoomの会話と、朝寝ぼけなまこで参加したzoomの複数でのおしゃべり会がとても楽しかったので、わたしもやってみます。

興味があったら参加してね。今回はお試しで３０分だけさっとやります。いつでものぞきに来てください。

食料品が届く日。とってもありがたいけれどそれはそれでひと仕事。ひとつずつ表面を消毒して洗って、とやっています（夫が）

確定申告は何回やってもリジェクトされて結局Eファイルできず。プリントして送ることに。夫が一人でやっているときに一度小切手に悪口書いたから睨まれているのかしら。あはは。

夫が食料品の整理を終えたのを見計らって、わたしは手洗いで洗濯。水のありがたさ。

たすけたい、という気持ちが強く出てきて驚いている。わたしは自分勝手な人間だし、誰かを救うことに興味がない。それは不可能に近いと思っている。一方的に、上からになることは絶対にしたくない。たすけあいたい。どうしたらいいのかわからなくてとりあえずインスタで呼びかけてみて、英語のチェックをしてみた。喜んでもらえて嬉しかった。だけどまだ満足していないみたい。なんだろう、これ。しばらく観察してみる。

We received food delivery today. It is so helpful, and also a lot of work. We have to sanitize everything...

Our tax return kept being rejected! I might give up and mail them. My husband once wrote "bullshit" on his check to the state, and I think that's why we are cursed. hahaha

There is this strong urge of feeling inside me. It says that I want to help someone. Help? I am not that kind of person and I don't even believe that I can help anyone. But as this feeling is so strong, I posted on Instagram and ended up helping someone's English proofreading. She was happy and so was I. But the feeling says it's not enough. Hm. I will keep thinking what I can do. (Any idea?)
