ー 影山晃大さんは3年前、2021年9月、新型コロナワクチンを接種した3日後に突然亡くなりました。26歳でした。 ー

■Kageyama: This is Kodai.

ー 新型コロナワクチンの安全性に疑問を提示するこの本は、晃大さんの死をきっかけにMeiji Seikaファルマの同僚たちが匿名で書いた、といいます。製薬会社内部からの告発というふれこみで反響は大きく、すでに7度重版されています。 ー

- The book, which presents questions about the safety of COVID-19 vaccine, was written anonymously by colleagues at Meiji Seika Pharma in the wake of Kodai's death. This creates a part of the virus in the body, which recognizes it as a foreign substance and becomes immune. The Replicon vaccine(Self-amplifying mRNA vaccine) is designed to increase the amount of the messenger RNA itself that enters the body, and it is said to have long-lasting effects in small doses, but its safety is questionable. -
■Kageyama: I think the authors really had a lot of conflicts. The fact that they published this in such a situation must be a very strong feeling.

■原口 これは未知のものだと思ってますね。答えが政府から返ってきてないんです。メッセンジャーRNAが増幅するものについて、安全性をどう担保しましたか、ということを聞いている。国会議員として行政をチェックする上で必要なデータを渡せと言っているんです。
- Kazuhiro Haraguchi, a member of the House of Representatives of the Constitutional Democratic Party of Japan, is one of those targeted in the lawsuit filed by Meiji Seika Pharma. -
■Oishi: What is your perception of this replicon vaccine(Self-amplifying mRNA vaccine)?
■Haraguchi: I believe this is an unknown. I have been asking the government how they have ensured the safety of the formulation that the messenger RNA amplifies, but I have not received an answer. As a member of parliament, I say give us the data we need to check the government.
ー 自分も3回接種後に悪性リンパ腫を発症。これも新型コロナワクチンと関連があると考え、安全性を検証すべきと発言を繰り返しています。 ー

■原口 国民の命を守るのが僕らの責務ですから、それを果たしているだけですけどね。

■アナウンサー 製薬会社の内部から告発本が出るという動きはこれまでなかったですよね。
■大石 はい。そのきっかけとなったのが、大手製薬会社に勤務していて薬を販売する営業職、MRを担当していた影山晃大さん（26歳）なんですね。接種3日後に死亡しました。解剖を行った結果、急性心不全だったということです。2023年8月に予防接種健康被害救済制度で国の認定も受けています。晃大さんの同僚らが自社のワクチンを売りたくないとする本を出版して大きな話題になった、ということなんですよね。
■Host: There has never been a move to publish a book of accusations from within a pharmaceutical company, has there?
■Oishi: Yes. The person who triggered this was Kageyama Kodai, 26, who worked for a major pharmaceutical company and was in charge of MR, a sales representative who sells pharmaceutical products. He died three days after vaccination. The autopsy revealed that he had acute heart failure, and in August 2023, he was also certified by the government under the Immunization Health Damage Relief System. Kohdai's colleagues published a book claiming that they did not want to sell their company's vaccines, which became a big topic.
■アナウンサー ワクチンそのものへの影響も出ているんですよね。
■大石 そうなんですよね。明治ホールディングスの経営への影響が出ているんですよね。当初の出荷予定を半分以下に下方修正しています。また、営業利益は100億円減る見通しが出ている。明治ホールディングスの川村CEOは、「他人の接種を妨げ、事実でないことをSNSで流したりすることは好ましくない」とコメントしているんですね。ワクチンの安全性、そしてリスクなど様々な疑問に対して、なにより国がちゃんと調べて科学的な証拠を示して説明することが、今求められています。
