The development and production of mRNA vaccines is progressing in Japan. A new type of mRNA vaccine, Self-replicating mRNA vaccine (Self-amplifying mRNA vaccine, Replicon vaccine), is about to be available from autumn this year.

Despite the damage caused by the first mRNA vaccine used in a COVID-19 pandemic, the Japanese Government has not reflected on the damage it caused and is now trying to cause new damage. Self-amplifying mRNA vaccines do not have the ability to stop the production of spike proteins, and there are concerns about the transmission of harmful components from the inoculated person to others via exosomes. Therefore, 'I don't vaccinate, so I'm fine' is a misnomer. If Japan and the world as a whole does not stop the spread of the disease, it could be irreversible.

This is why Professor Inoue has issued this message to the world. I want many people to be aware of the dangers. I want you to cooperate with us. With this wish, I record it here in writing.

コロナパンデミックにおいて始めて使用されたmRNAワクチンによって多くの被害が起きたにも関わらず、日本政府は反省もなく、新たな被害を起こそうとしている。レプリコンワクチンはスパイクタンパクの産生を止める機能を持たず、接種者からエクソソームを経由して他者に有害成分が伝播することも懸念されている。よって、「私はワクチンを接種しないから大丈夫」というのは間違いである。日本全国、世界全体で阻止しなければ、取り返しのつかないことになる可能性がある。

そこで発せられたのが、井上教授による世界に向けたメッセージである。多くの人にその危険性を知ってほしい。協力してほしい。その願いを込めて、ここに文字で記録する。

Thank you very much for giving me this valuable opportunity to send my message about the Human Rights Abuse in the time of COVID-19. My name is Masayasu Inoue, professor emeritus of Osaka City University Medical School. My specialty is Molecular Pathology and Medicine.

The pandemic was used as a false pretext by the WHO to drive vaccinations of all peoples in the world. A plan was set up to shorten the time to develop vaccines, which usually takes longer than 10 years, to less than a year using Operation Warp Speed. This Operation was used to cover-up the mis-concept of the Genetic Vaccines. Under the pretext of saving time, an extremely dangerous method was selected.

That is intra-muscular injection of viral genes to produce toxic spike proteins directly in human tissues to stimulate immune system. Because this is a completely New Method and, mis-concept Method that has never applied before in human history, it is impossible for most of doctors to give proper informed consent.

However, due to irresponsible Government and Media Campaigns to promote vaccination, 80% of the Japanese has been vaccinated, Unfortunately. Seven shots have been done so far. This is the most and worst in the world, and the result was the induction of the terrible drug-induced injury that is never seen in human history.

I believe that the fraudulent use of Experimental Gene Therapy to healthy peoples, especially to healthy children, is an extreme Violation of Human Rights. However, Keizo Takemi, the Japanese Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare, has been insisting that there is no serious concern about the injury caused by genetic vaccines, and Without learning from the current situation of injured patients, they plan to construct a new vaccine production system in preparation for the next “Pandemic”. This is an Unbelievable Crazy Situation.

The Japanese government is the first in the world to approve a new type of vaccine called Self-Replicating “Replicon” Vaccine and plans to start to Supply it in this fall or winter. The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry is providing a huge amount as subsidies for this project, and factories to produce thease “new vaccines” are being built one after another in Japan. I visited some of these factories, directly.

Furthermore, the Japanese Government is currently soliciting large-scale clinical trials, worth 900 million dollars from Pharmaceutical companies that are taking on the challenge of developing vaccines to prepare for the “Next Pandemic” by Disease X proposed during the Davos Conference this year. It is speculated that the movement by the Japanese government is part of CEPI's (Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations) 100-days mission, which aims to shorten the time to 1/3 of Operation Warp Speed. Namely, they are trying to shorten the “Vaccine Business Cycle” by developing a vaccine in 100 days. This is possible only by ignoring The Human Rights perspective.

Amendments to the WHO's International Health Regulations IHR and the so-called Pandemic Treaty, which are about to be adopted at the 77th World Health Assembly this year, are attempting to give rationality and legal binding force to such unscientific and dangerous crazy plans. If such things continue, there is high risk that Japan-made vaccines will be exported under the guise for false trust. If Japan were to become a perpetrator, it would leave irreparable harm to future generations. Therefore, the actions of Japanese government MUST BE STOPPED by International Collaborations. 

Although, it has already been 3 years since I started to give lectures to educate Japanese about the Dangers of Vaccines, it is still difficult to penetrate through the sound-barrier of main-stream media. If we tell the truth about vaccines on YouTube, it is deleted within a day. The reality is that we are facing censorship and speech-suppression almost every day. Therefore, I put my Hope in the publication of a book, which is the last Bastion of Speech, and published a book with a title “Withdraw from the WHO”. It is difficult to stop this movement, because it is now politically hopeless to change the situation of the Japanese government.

The message I would like to convey to the world is that when Disease X occurs in the future, you should Never trust the Japan-made Vaccine that was developed in a short period of time. In order to protect human rights in cases of control that transcend national boundaries, I believe that Sharing the Truth among countries is so important, and that this is a step toward Unity and Solidarity. Only through the process of Information Exchange between all countries in the world, we can find Hope in the Midst of Despair.

新型コロナウイルス感染症における人権侵害についてメッセージを送るという貴重な機会を与えていただき感謝申し上げます。大阪市立大学医学部名誉教授の井上正康と申します。私の専門は分子病理学と医学です。

パンデミックは、WHOによって世界中のすべての人々へのワクチン接種を推進するための誤った口実として利用されました。通常10年以上かかるワクチン開発期間をワープ・スピード作戦と称して1年未満に短縮する計画が立てられ、遺伝子ワクチンの誤った概念を隠蔽するために使用されました。開発期間を短縮するという名目で、極めて危険な方法が選択されました。

ウイルス遺伝子を筋肉に直接注射し、ヒトの体内で有毒なスパイクタンパク質を生成させ、免疫系を刺激するというものです。全く新しい手法であるため、人類の歴史の中で一度も適用されたことがなく、ほとんどの医師は適切なインフォームド・コンセントを与えることは不可能です。

しかし、ワクチン接種を促進する無責任な政府とメディアのキャンペーンにより、残念ながら日本人の8割はワクチン接種済みです。これまでに7回の接種が行われました。これは世界最大にして最悪の結果であり、人類史上、例のない恐るべき薬害を誘発する結果となりました。

私は、健康な人々、特に健康な子供に対する実験的遺伝子治療の不正使用は、極度の人権侵害であると考えています。しかし、日本の武見敬三厚生労働大臣は、「遺伝子ワクチンによって引き起こされる深刻な懸念はありません」と主張している。被害者の現状に懲りず、次の「パンデミック」に備えて新たなワクチン生産体制の構築を目論んでいます。これは信じられないほど狂った状況であります。

日本政府は、自己増殖型「レプリコン」ワクチンと呼ばれる新しいタイプのワクチンを世界で初めて承認し、今秋から冬にかけて接種を開始する予定です。このプロジェクトには経済産業省が巨額の補助金を拠出し、日本ではこの「新型ワクチン」を生産する工場が次々と建設されている。私はこれらの工場のいくつかを直接訪問しました。

さらに日本政府は現在、ワクチン開発ができる製薬会社に対し、9億ドル相当の大規模臨床試験を公募している。疾病Xによる「次のパンデミック」に備えるという名目で、ワープ・スピード作戦時のさらに3分の1の期間に短縮することを目的として、つまりこれはダボス会議で発足したCEPI（感染症流行対策イノベーション連合）の「100日ミッション」の一環であると推測します。すなわち、ワクチンを100日で開発・供給することで「ワクチンのビジネスサイクル」を短縮しようとしている。これは、人権の観点を無視することによってのみ可能となります。

第77回世界保健総会で採択されようとしているWHOの国際保健規則IHR改正といわゆるパンデミック条約は、そのような非科学的な狂気の計画に合理性と法的拘束力を与えようとしている。このままいけば、日本製ワクチンが誤った信頼を装って輸出される危険性が高い。もし日本がワクチン加害者になれば、取り返しのつかない被害を後世に残すことになる。したがって、日本政府の行動は国際的な協力によって阻止されなければなりません。

日本人にワクチンの危険性を啓蒙する講演を始めてもう3年も経ちますが、主流メディアの壁を突破することは依然として困難です。YouTubeでワクチンについての真実を語れば、1日以内に削除されます。現実に私たちは、ほぼ毎日、検閲と言論弾圧に直面しています。そこで私は最後の言論の砦である本の出版に希望を託し、「WHO脱退」というタイトルの本を出版しました。日本政府の状況を変えることは政治的に絶望的であるため、今の動きを止めることは困難です。

私が世界に伝えたいメッセージは、将来、疾病Xが発生した時、短期間で開発された日本製のワクチンを決して信用してはいけないということです。国境を越えたコントロールが行われた場合、人権を守るため、各国間で真実を共有することは非常に重要であり、これが団結と連帯への第一歩であると信じています。世界各国間の情報交換のプロセスを通じてのみ、私たちは絶望の中に希望を見つけることができます。
