I have a GYROKINESIS Essentials class every Thursday morning.
This class format is different from GYROKINESIS Level 1. 
It's simpler and easier than GYROKINESIS regular class.
I was interested in this program before, but I couldn't take this certification in Japan because there are not any Master trainers who can teach this training course.

I went to Bali Island to take this training course 2 years ago. I can't speak English fluently and understand what the teacher said in English perfectly.
However, I went there. I got some friends and learned a lot.
I am sure that it's good for me to take the training course in Bali.
