I have just finished teaching half of the GYROTONIC foundation course.
I really appreciate that my wonderful students have been learning GYROTONIC®︎ with me because it’s a difficult situation to learn something like this. I am happy to finish my work with them, and that I will start my work with them again in 3 days.
I am going back to my hometown tomorrow and then I will spend New Year's day with my family. I hope to enjoy working next year!
