I take lunch to work every day this year.
I am not sure that the lunch that I cook is healthy or not. 
However, it's good for me because to save money and I can eat what I want.
Also, I can avoid eating too much.
Everything is good for me to take lunch to work.
I will have soymilk stew with lots of vegetables for my tomorrow's lunch.
