I finished teaching the GYROTONER training course yesterday.
We each did our best for 6 days.
After the course, I went to a restaurant near my house.
It was one of my favorite restaurants in Kamakura.
When I do my best about something to do, I go to the restaurant in order to treat myself.
It serves Japanese food and high-quality soba noodle.
I enjoyed a glass of wine and some dishes and Soba.
I got energy for my next training courses.
