美しさの定義

窓から見える景色が好きです。

たくさんの人たちがそこで一生懸命に、
それぞれの人生を生きているのを感じるから。

ひとつとしてそこにいたらダメな人がいない。

全てが繋がっていて全てがあるから。

人はなぜだか生き急ぐ、
何かを学んで進んで、
一生懸命になることとはまた違う・・・
生きることを急ぐということ。

美しさの定義、それは生き方。

過去から今までのあなたは全て、あなたが生きてきた時間。

どんなことをしたのか、どんな道を歩いたのか
どんな感情が多かったのか、どんな選択をしているのか
全てあなたの道。

心が美しいって響きが私は好きです。

なんだか洗礼されていて、
それこそ「生き方」があらわれている感じがして。

だから私は、心美しい人を育てています。

生き方を美しく・・・
自分自身と自分の身の回りにあるものを、
自分の本当に必要なもので揃えることができる心。

毎日の生きていく時間の自分への意識の仕方。

自然体とよくいうけれど、
自然体こそ自分を知り続け感じ創っていくもの。

心から美しく生きることは
「自分」という全ての時間を愛らしく、そして管理ができること。

I like the view from a window –
because I feel that everyone is living their lives fully.
There is no single one who should not be there.
All is there because all is connected.
People live their lives too hastily.
It’s different from learning something and trying hard.
It means living too hard and too fast.
Definition of beauty is a way of living.
Your past up to today is the time you lived.
What you have done, which path you have taken, what kind of emotions you often had, and what you have chosen all form your way.
I like the sound of ‘beautiful heart’.
It sounds sophisticated and seems to show the ‘way of living’.
This is why I produce people with beautiful heart.
Make your way of living beautifully –
with a heart that can select what is truly necessary for yourself, including personal belongings, and
a mind to think about yourself during the time you live every day.
‘Be yourself’ is a common wisdom,
but it is actually a way to keep finding out about yourself and establishing that state.
