It seems that you received the email we sent you, but there was no reply by December 21st.

It appears that Mr. Japan Production Sumi's address "yushinokai@japanpro.co.jp" is no longer functioning as an email address, resulting in an error/undelivered message. I contacted Japan Production Co., Ltd. using their inquiry form, but received no response.

We find it extremely regrettable that such an issue has arisen at the historic Yubari Film Festival, causing hardship to creators who placed their trust in the festival. We strongly protest to ensure that future creators are not subjected to the same challenges we faced.
