⇒この[¶3]では様々な肉料理の名前が登場しています。するとこれは，carnivoryの具体例が書かれているのではないかと解釈できるはずです。「菜食主義・肉が少なめの消費」と対比されていたことからも，carnivoryは「肉食，肉料理」という意味ではないか，と考えられるはずです。なお，最後の「肉のテトリスゲーム」とはおそらく，日々，新たな肉料理が次々に生まれてくる様子を，テトリスでブロック（テトリミノ）が次々に襲来して積み重なる様を使って表した比喩表現ではないかと考えられます。
