Getting the important point
長い長いトンネルを抜けたその先はたいてい明るい世界が広がっていると思っているゆーいちです。
I think a good thing comes in after passing through long tunnels.

今日は「要所を締める」ってそんなうまくいかないですよねという話です。
このグループに参加しているメンバーが就活が決まって、
自分ごとのように嬉しかったです！
就職に際し、僕も改めて意識したいと考えたことをシェアします。

Today I would like to write about “ To get the point”.
A member of this group finally got a new job so I have something to share with you and I also remember it.

今月も最終日ですが、みなさんいかがお過ごしでしょうか。

今まで６０記事近く投稿できたと思います。
#いやー 、それにしても非効率

2 months has passed since I started taking Japanese and English notes.

今日は巷に蔓延っている「効率よく」とか「ポイントを抑えて」とかいうアドバイスに物申したいです。

僕は仕事柄、人からアドバイスを受けたり、アドバイスをもらったりする機会が多いです。
Today I have a doubt that the advice like “ do it effectively “ and “ get the important parts” is good advice.
I often get advice and give advice because I am a teacher.

その時によく、「うまくやってね」、「効率よく」、「ポイントを抑えて」
という言葉を聞きます。
何でも上手くこなせる人からすると、
物事の要所が見えるんですが、
要領の悪い僕は、「その要所はどこなんや」と心の中で叫んでいます。
When I get advice, I often hear “do it effectively “ and “ get the important parts”.
People who can do everything well can see the important part of things.
However, because I am not talented , I could see nothing so I shouted “ What is the important part ?“ from the bottom of my heart.

僕は後輩や学生に対して、口が裂けてもそのようなアドバイスはできません。
自分自身ができないので。

その類のアドバイスをもらった時には、
まず「要所を見つけるために誰よりもやる」と決めています。
I never give advice like “ get the important point” because I cannot.

When I receive advice like that, I decided I would be the best person making the most.
