Coffee Shop

This scene reminded me of my part-time job at a coffee shop in Tokyo when I was in college. It was not in a fashionable town like Harajuku or Aoyama, but the owner was a wonderful person, and the shop had a great atmosphere. I loved working there.

At the shop, we brewed coffee with a siphon, which was fun to look at. The drawback of the tool is that the brewing temperature is so high that some flavor gets lost. So, I prefer to pour-over coffee to drink.

Oh, cold-brewed one is also good. I like its clear taste. But it takes too much time and effort to enjoy it at home. You have to drink it at a shop. When you go to the shop that serves this kind of coffee, you can find some huge implements for extraction. I also like watching the water dripping over the powder of coffee. Unfortunately, we don't have any such cafes in my town, though.

As I write this topic, I feel like drinking coffee. I'll go and make some coffee. See you.
